Konstantina Papanikolaou

Konstantina Papanikolaou was born and raised in Athens. She is a graduate of the Science Department of Physical Education and Sports (Gymnastics Academy) of Athens. She has been involved in various sports since she was very young, such as gymnastics, ballet, swimming, modern dance, ice-skating, archery, etc.

Her journey in the field of yoga began in 2006. In 2009-2010 she attended the 200h training in Hatha Yoga. Since then, she has been working as a teacher in yoga sτstudios, schools and gyms. She always likes to enrich her knowledge by attending seminars and workshops. In addition to being a teacher, she never stops being a student.
