The series of workshops titled “Sacred Meditations” is a blend of meditations, exercises, and practices aimed at physical, mental, and spiritual balance and rejuvenation. Grounding, purification, connection, and strengthening of the three centers (mind, heart, and abdomen) and the seven sacred discs (chakras).
