A quiet space in a loud world

Our classes have a holistic approach and are based on the following 3 pillars: 

  • Hatha Yoga - with asana (physical exercises) and pranayama (breathing exercises) as basic tools - for physical and energetic balancing 
  • Raja Yoga - with meditation and pratyahara (sense withdrawal) as basic tools - for better mental management 
  • Bhakti Yoga - with mantra chanting and kirtan as basic tools - for better emotional management 

They aim to offer the tools to each one of us to look within and connect with our deeper essence.  

Who are we? What does our body feel like, how do we breathe, what are our thoughts and emotions? How do we react to difficulties? How do we see and embrace all sides of ourselves? How can we shield our body, mind and heart so that we can have a more positive, authentic and creative approach to life? 

Our vision is, while honoring the yoga tradition, to convey in a practical, simple and honest way its essence. The closer we come to ourselves, the better we connect with the outside, the people and nature around us.

Thus comes the state of Yoga (Union) and with it, a growing tendency for inner exploration and an endless inspiration for Life!
