With the sweet accompaniment of the Indian harmony we enter mild, slow or completely static positions which are mostly done on the floor in a lying or sitting position. The purpose of the class is the internalization of the mind and the relaxation of the nervous system. system. The class  also includes breathing exercises and guided meditation, ideal for any student who wants to calm the mind and come closer to their sense of self.
