Cycles of the Heart with Emiliana Tsoukala

The Art of Love and Letting Go - Yoga & Dramatherapy

Encounters and partings, beginnings and endings, love and loss. Every beginning contains an end, and every end hides a new seed of life. We love, we commit, we dream, we change; and through these constant transitions, we shape our story. Love calls us to open up, to connect, to transcend the limits of ourselves. Loss and letting go call us to leave behind what no longer serves us, to accept change, and to trust in the continuity of life. Both experiences, however different they may seem, are expressions of the same movement: the ceaseless flow between holding on and letting go, between connecting and transforming.

What does it mean to open our hearts? How do we connect with ourselves, others, and life? How do we say goodbye to what is coming to an end? How do we make space for the new? Through the wisdom of Yoga, the power of myths, the creative exploration of Dramatherapy, and the collective experience of Kirtan, we will explore these cycles not as concepts to be understood, but as living experiences that dwell in our bodies, hearts, and imaginations.

A journey toward deeper awareness, connection, and acceptance of the transitions that make up human life.
