Kelly Theodoraki
VINYASA YOGA INSTRUCTOR
My first encounter with yoga took place in 2015 at a traditional studio in Kalamaria, where my first teacher was Vaya Hanou. There, I was introduced not only to the practice of asanas, but also to mantra chanting, kirtan, and the philosophical dimension of yoga—elements that captivated me and led me to a daily commitment to the practice.
In 2020, I completed the 200-hour teacher training at Anahata Yoga Studio with Elena Mouratidou. The pandemic opened the door for me to practice online with teachers from all over the world, which is how I met Anastasia Biliri, who has profoundly influenced the way I now approach the inner experience of yoga.
That’s how I also connected with Kia Naddermier, an Ashtanga yoga teacher, who taught me to move with gentleness within the intense and precise form of Ashtanga practice. With her, I attended many training courses on asana and anatomy, pranayama, and philosophy in Spain and France.
I traveled to India to connect culturally and spiritually with the place, and there I focused primarily on kirtan, learning to play the Indian harmonium, mantras, and meditative practices, all of which have significantly shaped my personal approach.
The chakra training I took in 2026 with Anastasia, and my subsequent in-depth study of this “system” through the “Kundalini Tantra” program at Santyananadasram in Greece. Lately, I’ve been practicing Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga alongside Eleftheria Lagoudaki, and at the same time, I’ve been working closely with Anastasia— two qualities that have shaped my teaching, combining challenging movement through vinyasa with constant presence and gentleness through the breath.
In recent years, I have been teaching and organizing retreats, while continuing to practice and study with dedication. Above all, I consider myself a student, and through my teaching I wish to share my personal experience, with the goal of fostering a deeper connection, strengthening the body, and cultivating inner peace.
