On the occasion of the coming of the Easter holiday and the full moon of April, the 2 biggest Greek Kirtan bands join forces to support the action of SATYANANA MATH - ABA.
We invite you on Sunday 13 April at 13:00 - 15:00 at Neda Yoga Shala, to chant and open our hearts with a kirtan concert from our favorite Kirtan bands: Adi Shakti & Bhakti age.
Kirtan is a yogic practice that uses the vibrations of sound in order to release emotional tensions, relax the body and mind, bring joy and expand our consciousness.
The concert has a charitable purpose, as the money raised will be donated to Satyananda Math-Aba's "Yoga Classes in Prisons" campaign to cover for the travel expenses (fuel and tolls) of the instructors who offer yoga classes to the inmates of the Grevena Correctional Institution.
Minimum entrance fee: 10 euros.
After the concert (at 15:00) we will have lunch together !
We will be happy to bring whatever you wish for the table!
*You can offer the following clothes and items for our homeless fellow human beings: jackets, shoes for women and men, sleeping bags, baby wipes.
