Nada Yoga Workshop with Sn. Mahesh

It is our great pleasure and honor to welcome Sn. Mahesh, one of the most accomplished practitioners and teachers in the field of Nada Yoga (yoga of sound), to Neda Yoga Shala for the first time.

With many years of presence and inner apprenticeship at the ashram in India, under the guidance of Swami Niranjanananda, Mahesh comes to share with us his wisdom and experiential knowledge about the power of mantras and sound.

The seminar is aimed at both students interested in Nada Yoga and yoga teachers who wish to deepen their knowledge of Bhakti, Mantra, and Nada Yoga.

Mahesh will first guide us theoretically and then practically through the paths of sound yoga, with mantra recitation, meditation, body, breathing, and voice exercises of Nada Yoga, as well as havan. A profound and transformative experience. It is a rare opportunity to be close to a teacher with such a genuine and living connection to the tradition of Nada Yoga.

➵ You can attend the sessions separately, but we highly recommend participating in all three parts for a complete and integrated experience.

➵ Due to limited space (except for Havan), priority will be given to those who wish to attend the entire seminar.

➵ Don't miss this opportunity to listen, feel, and learn alongside an authentic bearer of the sound tradition.

We look forward to sharing this experience with you!

*The workshop will be held in English.
