Sacred Meditations with Orestis Leontaritis

The series of workshops titled “Sacred Meditations” is a blend of meditations, exercises, and practices aimed at physical, mental, and spiritual balance and rejuvenation. Grounding, purification, connection, and strengthening of the three centers (mind, heart, and abdomen) and the seven sacred discs (chakras). The program includes grounding and breathing exercises, guided meditation, and internal energy tools and practices.

The first part focuses on the lower chakras and the connection of the physical body to the Earth, while the second part focuses on the upper chakras and the connection of the physical to the spiritual. At the end of each workshop, there will be time for questions, discussion, and/or sharing experiences with the community.

➵ They can be attended individually, but participation in both cycles is recommended for better preparation and assimilation.

1. Earth & Body

Allowing Mother Earth to hold us, we focus on connecting our physical body with her. We work with our physical and etheric bodies, on the lower chakras. We journey into the depths of the Earth and visit our inner garden, a “mirror of the soul.” We thank the Earth, offering our gratitude and blessings.

It includes:

  • Grounding and breathing exercises.
  • Exploration and connection with our inner light.
  • Body scan: Connecting with the body and energy cleansing.
  • Decoupling: Meditation to connect the lower chakras with the Earth and achieve alignment. Resetting the “fight, flight, or freeze” response.
  • Inner Earth Journeying: A journey into the Earth, a visit to and connection with our personal inner garden. We use all our senses to explore the environment around us: images, smells, textures, sounds, music, and even tastes!
  • A meditation of gratitude and thanksgiving toward the Earth.

Benefits:

  • Grounding, better connection with our physical body, a sense of relaxation, protection, and safety.
  • Resetting the parasympathetic nervous system (reset of the fight-flight-freeze response), a system that is difficult for humans to consciously control. This includes reducing anxiety, as well as promoting emotional clarity and balance.
  • Energetic cleansing and recharging of the body, lower chakras, and the aura-etheric body.
  • Connection to the Earth and exploration of our inner garden, which can serve as a mirror of our inner world.
  • Expressing gratitude to the Earth for all it offers us, even though we treat it in a destructive way. We recognize the greater before the lesser.
  • The notes one may take serve as material for reflection, meditation, and self-awareness.

2. Spirit & Body

Allowing Mother Earth to hold us once again, we work on our physical and etheric bodies, on all the chakras, as well as the three centers. We calm our Mind. We journey and reclaim a power animal—an archetypal natural force of the Earth that comes to assist us. We thank the Earth and the Creator, offering our gratitude and blessings.

It includes:

  • Breathing exercises, deep grounding through the 7 chakras (7-chakra grounding).
  • Connecting with our inner light and the etheric body/field.
  • Meditation to connect with the body and energy cleansing.
  • Stillness meditation: Meditation on the stillness of the mind.
  • Meditation on the three centers: Mind, heart, and abdomen.
  • Power Animal Journeying: A journey to visit a sacred island and retrieve one’s personal power animal.
  • Meditation on gratitude and thanksgiving toward the Earth and the Creator.

Benefits:

  • Grounding, better connection with our physical body, a sense of relaxation, protection, and safety.
  • Energetic cleansing and recharging of the body, chakras, and aura/etheric body; a sense of empowerment and rejuvenation.
  • Balancing the three centers: Mind (thought), Heart (love and emotions), Belly (action and creativity).
  • Clarity of thought, spiritual clarity.
  • Reclaiming a power animal, which can serve as a spiritual guide and source of inspiration, self-awareness, empowerment, and meditation.
  • Expressing gratitude toward the Earth and the Creator—whatever that may mean to each individual, provided they acknowledge the existence of a creative force.
  • Any notes you may take serve as material for reflection, meditation, and self-awareness
