Skin: The Living and Vital Boundary with Anna Petropoulou
Embodied Flow™ & Yoga Workshop
Our skin feels, protects, reacts, recalls, breathes, renews.
We invite you to this Embodied Flow™ & Yoga workshop to explore together the largest organ of our body. With practices including asana, pranayama and free movement, we will first learn how the skin functions as a point of contact with the world, a living and intelligent boundary that defines our sense of individual self.
On a second level, drawing inspiration from Tantric Philosophy, Body-Mind Centering®, meditation and reflection, we will approach the skin as a potential gateway to greater levels of Awareness.
This workshop is designed for beginners and experienced students but each time is significantly shaped by the experience and energy of the group, making each session unique.
For Embodied Flow™:
Embodied Flow™ was created in 2014, by Tara Judelle, in collaboration with Dr. Scott Lyons, and is the first school to organically connect the embodied field of Body-Mind Centering®, Tantra's non-dual technology and free movement with yoga.
For Anna Petropoulou:
Anna has been teaching yoga classes, seminars and experiential workshops since 2013. She combines the themes of the classes with conscious movement and breath awareness as a means of exploring and understanding our true nature and the essence of the joys and challenges in our relationships.
Since her first encounter with Embodied Flow™ 2018, embodied exploration has remained an inexhaustible source of inspiration for Anna, fluctuating between curiosity and wonder; a living pulse that constantly shapes her practice and the way she teaches - and lives.
