Soundhealing sessions with Nikos Zografos (2026)

What is Sound Therapy?

Each session is a lively, interactive therapeutic experience led by Dr. Nikos Zografos, combining gongs, didgeridoos, singing bowls, and other sacred instruments.

In sound therapy, sound is used as the primary tool to induce healing changes—whether on a physical, energetic, emotional, or mental level. Its effects can be profound and multidimensional, depending on each individual’s needs and the therapist’s approach.

Sound through its frequency, intensity, and quality, possesses an inherent healing power. However, in sound therapy, it takes on a deeper role: it transforms into an energetic carrier transmitting therapeutic information directly and precisely.

Through sound therapy, the practitioner can target with precision and intervene effectively, bringing positive changes to one or more recipients. Its applications are broad—from clinical settings to personal development and general well-being—making it a powerful and adaptable therapeutic practice.
