Womb· Heart · Voice with Leonora Christina Gaitanou
On the occasion of Women's Day on Sunday 8 March, we invite you to a very special seminar on reconnecting with your feminine nature! Using tools such as Breathwork, vocal practices, deep relaxation, Voice Crystal singing bowl sound bath, and women's circle, we will take a Journey Back to our Feminine Nature & our True Voice.
Dedicated to the Month of Feminine/Yin Energy
In today's world, women are called upon to balance countless roles at the same time—daughter, mother, partner, professional, friend, caregiver. Amidst this incessant flow of obligations, what is often silenced the most... is her own voice.
The voice that carries her truth.
The voice that springs from her womb.
The voice that is lost in the demands of the day.
The voice that is often not expressed due to fear, fatigue, or overload.
This seminar is a sacred space for reconnecting with our feminine nature and, above all, with our primary, authentic feminine voice—not the voice that speaks for others, but the voice that is born from within us.
The voice becomes the path to the body,
the path to the heart,
the path to the womb.
And the womb... becomes the source of the voice.
The Journey of Practice
We begin with a deep inner journey:
1. Returning to our mother's womb
Where we heard our first sound: the beating of her heart.
We experience the primal relationship between sound and existence.
2. Opening the heart
The heart softens, opens, becomes a bridge.
The voice of the heart is the truest... if we allow it to speak.
3. Descent into our own womb
At the center of female intuition, memory, and creativity.
We clear emotional imprints:
- old relationships
- repressed emotions
- energy bonds
- fears, guilt, silences
This is where self-healing begins.
The womb is illuminated, rested, and becomes a sacred space again.
4. Ascension to the voice
From the womb → to the heart → to the throat.
The voice is no longer simple speech, but vibration, purification, and liberation.
The voice rediscovers its source, its truth, its power.
The Sacred Feminine Trinity
- Womb – Intuitive Voice
- Heart – Emotional Voice
- Throat – Expressive Voice
When these centers are aligned,
a woman acquires a voice that does not tremble,
a voice that does not freeze,
a voice that does not apologize —
but expresses itself and is heard.
The true female voice is healing.
The Womb-Voice Connection
Physical/energetic connection
- The womb and throat are considered "mirrors" in the body.
- The cervix is energetically connected to the throat ("cervix – cervix": cervix means both cervix and neck).
- Both areas are channels of passage:
➤ one for life,
➤ the other for speech/sound.
Emotional dimension
- The uterus holds memories, traumas, fears, but also creativity and power.
- The voice shows where we have limited ourselves, where we are afraid to reveal ourselves, where we have "fallen silent."
Ritual/symbolic dimension
- Activating the womb releases energy that rises to the throat and unblocks expression.
- Opening the voice becomes an act of self-birth: the woman "gives birth" to her own truth.

Leonora Christina Gaitanou
Leonora Christina integrates art with holistic therapies to connect with the human soul through her voice. Drawing from a broad range of studies, she has developed tools and methods that serve as healing pathways, enhancing connection and remembrance of our inner essence. She studied classical singing, opera, theater, music, and dance, while expanding her horizons through Butoh dance, physical and ritual theater, aikido, tai chi, yoga, psychology, and systemic constellations. Additionally, she trained in holistic therapies such as Reiki, Theta Healing, pranic healing, Aura Soma, Alexander Technique, the Alfred Tomatis psycho-phonological method, as well as music therapy, sound therapy, voice therapy, breathwork, drama therapy, play therapy, crystal therapy, hypnotherapy, mindfulness, chakra work, and meditation.
Since 2009, Leonora has been walking the path of self-awareness and healing through the arts and holistic methods. In 2021, during the pandemic, she created her first complete staged solo project, "Judith," where she combined holistic therapies with the healing power of opera, opening the way for opera as a ritual and therapeutic process. Inspired by the ancient healing centers of Asclepius, where healing was approached holistically with the aim of harmonizing body, soul, and spirit, Leonora views healing as a process of remembering our true nature. As a healer/rememberer, she introduces her own method of reconnecting with the voice of the soul, restoring inner harmony to spirit and body. Alongside individual voice therapy sessions, she works with couples to balance yin-yang energies, with children to plant healthy seeds for the future, and organizes group sound healing sessions with voice and crystal bowls, offering deep relaxation and activating the body’s self-healing process.
In addition to her private sessions in Greece and her personal studio in Zurich, Leonora Christina collaborates with wellness clubs, centers and detox hotels, as well with yoga studios, bringing the transformative power of voice and sound healing to a wider audience. She also leads retreats, seminars, and workshops focused on the healing journey, helping individuals reconnect with their authentic voice, emotions, and soul.
Leonora also gives talks and speeches on ancient wisdom, drawing inspiration from the healing traditions of the Asclepium healing centers. Her teachings, grounded in timeless knowledge, explore the deep connection between the body, mind, and spirit, offering a holistic approach to personal and collective well-being.
