4th International Yoga Festival

We invite you this Saturday 15/10 at 14:00, at the 4th Panhellenic Yoga Festival at HUB, for a Hatha Yoga class for all levels with Anastasia Biliri.

We will be delighted to have Glafkos Smarianakis with us, where he will accompany us in our practice with traveling melodies on the violin!

Class Description:

To the sound of the violin, which will accompany us with a continuous improvisation with melodies of Western and Eastern traditions, we climb our mattress trying to make a study of the Self. Asanas and other practices are treated not as an end but as an occasion to learn about the inside... how do we breathe in each form the body takes, how does our heart beat, what thoughts and feelings do we go through? In this way the mind becomes a warrior and at the same time a child, who with sensitivity, purity and enthusiasm begins to look within and explore. And so the asanas, life itself, becomes a continuous meditation and a magical inner journey.
