Ayurveda is a holistic health system that brings together more than 5000 years of knowledge and wisdom. Through its practices, the physical body is enabled to function in its optimal state.
It treats the human being as a whole, considering all three levels of existence: physical, mental and spiritual. Its goal is to maintain good health combined with spiritual development and success. For this reason, she proposes individualized ways of dealing with and preventing imbalances, taking into account multiple factors such as environment, lifestyle, diet, thinking, individual characteristics, etc.
Konstantinos has more than 20 years of practical experience in the application of the Ayurveda system. In this workshop, he will help you in a simple and understandable way to deepen at a basic level, how it works as a system that promotes wellness and good health.
The workshop program combines the theory of Ayurveda's philosophy and psychology. with practical, experiential exercises.
It is designed in such a way that you will get a first contact with how to use Ayurveda in your daily life as a tool to improve your balance, health and well-being.

- Basic concepts of Ayurveda, its 5 elements and how they relate to daily life and the rhythms of nature.
- How Yoga and Ayurveda complement each other, serving our well-being.
- The 3 Doshas and the types of people
- How imbalances are identified and treated
- Conscious eating practices through Ayurveda
- The Ayurvedic daily cycle, seasons and stages of life
- Self-care practices and the importance of adopting a wellness routine (dinacharya)
By the time you leave the workshop, you will have gained a new perspective through the lens of Ayurveda, both on the world around you and on your own existence.
The teacher
Konstantinos Charantiniotis is a Wellness Coach & Mentor, Ayurvedic Nutrition Advisor, NLP Master Coach and an internationally recognized Yoga and Meditation teacher. He has, to date, accumulated over 30 years of knowledge and experience from different fields of specialization, including physical education, nutrition, yoga, meditation, Ayurveda, psychology, NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming), Timeline Therapy™ and hypnosis. Known for his intelligent, joyful and passionate teaching style, he has already guided thousands of people to masterfully navigate all aspects of their daily lives.
