Effie Psiachoulia
HATHA YOGA INSTRUCTOR
Effie Psiachoulia began her journey with yoga in 2003 while studying architecture and music. It didn't take long for her to realize that yoga was a path rich in depth, one she was willing to follow with dedication. It’s a practice that, through years of change and evolution, always brings us back to our true selves with tenderness, connecting all levels of our being—physical, mental, and emotional.
She has trained with various teachers in Greece, Mexico, and India. After years of study and personal practice, she decided to deepen her teaching of yoga to share the very essence that captivated her: the unique quality of yoga practices when applied with sincerity and respect. In 2010, she attended her first teacher training program in San Cristobal de las Casas, Mexico (200hrs Bhakti Yoga TTC), and in 2011, she completed a second program in Mysore, India (200hrs TTC in Integrated Ashtanga Yoga). She continues to expand her knowledge of yoga practice (e.g., 120hrs TTC Restorative Yoga Training, Athens 2019).
Her connection to the body led her to explore healing through touch, which ultimately inspired her to deepen her practice of Shiatsu. Alongside this, she has studied Traditional Chinese Medicine and works as an acupuncturist, incorporating various other therapeutic techniques within this holistic system. Her mission is to guide her clients with respect through their healing path, helping them to strengthen a holistic experience of life and awaken their inner power so that they can take charge of their own well-being.
