A few words from Marina..

Sweet Neda has been a beautiful melodic, retreating place that has always filled me with affection, comfort and inspiration With abundant joy and excitement, I too will be joining you this year in the warm Neda Yoga Shala room to share the evening sessions together.

Vinyasa Yoga practice for all levels... the way we approach it will focus on the sense of fluidity in slow but dynamic movement. The internal rhythm moves the body, the breath creates space and the mind aligns, bringing awareness into the present moment to fully experience all that is in the here and now. A guided meditation in movement, with light grounding pauses, in tune with the elements of nature.

By creating a safe environment and offering guidance and support, students can safely experience their bodies, explore their strengths and limitations, and deepen their patterns to rediscover themselves through the practice of yoga. The foundation of the intention will be to silently let go of the body, wherever and however we are, and lovingly illuminate the hidden sources of ourselves.

Sun says, “Be your own illumination”.
Wren says, “Sing your heart out, all day long”.
Stream says, “Do not stop for any obstacle”.
Oak says, “When the wind blows, bend easily, and trust your roots to hold”.
Stars say, “What you see is one small slice of a single modest galaxy. Remember that vastness cannot be grasped by mind”.
Ant says, “Small does not mean powerless”.
Silence says nothing.
In the quiet, everything comes clear.
I say, “Limitless”.
I say, “Yes”.

Marina Gergov

Marina began her magical yoga journey in 2014 when a wonderful woman in Rhodes gifted her a yoga mat.

From an early age she showed an interest in the fascination of various arts and means of expression, accompanied by an anxious rush to understand and find the practice that would liberate her.

From the very beginning she was enchanted by Indian mythology and the way philosophy connects and can train body, mind and spirit simultaneously.

She has completed 200 and 300 hours training at Evergreen Yoga Studios with her teacher Panos Katsandris, as well as being trained in prenatal yoga & yoga for children.

Another love of hers is that of therapeutic touch, through Thai massage and Holistic massage.

Through her practice and teaching, she want to share her experience, bridging the distances between the pairs of opposites, approaching a more holistic way of thinking that will bring us closer to truth, love and acceptance of ourselves and in continuation of  our fellow human beings, motivated by the creation of relationships of a sacred nature.

Her wish and intention in her classes is that everyone feels welcome to begin their journey and listen to their inner voice, the one that leads us to a deep connection with wholeness in the present.
