We invite you to the beautiful island of Nisyros for a week of dynamic practice, wellness and tranquility!

Enjoy 6 days of morning and afternoon Yoga practice, walks in the special villages of the island and the volcano crater, diving on the black sand beaches and relaxing in the thermal baths.

Nisyros is a magical island, intensely charged by the energy of the living volcano at its centre, which leaves no one unaffected and continues to make its presence known in a dramatic way, emitting steam and gases! The perfect place to combine yoga and holidays as it has a calm atmosphere and few visitors.

ACCOMMODATION:

There are 2 accommodation options:

1. The rooms have the very basic and the bathrooms are shared. But they have a very beautiful and special atmosphere and a very nice tavern where many visitors of the island gather and you can see the sun setting on the sea at sunset.
The hot springs of Loutra are among the most famous on Nisyros. They are famous for their therapeutic properties in rheumatism, arthritis, skin diseases and circulatory system diseases. The maximum temperature of the spring reaches 46 degrees!
- COST: 15euros/night per person for a 2-bedroom accommodation.
25euros/night for single occupancy
The price includes one free bath in the thermal baths per day, which are located on the ground floor of the building.

2. Haritos Hotel is located 500m from Mandraki. It is a beautiful hotel with rooms overlooking the sea. It has a swimming pool which has thermal waters and you can use it daily.

- COST.
16.5euros/night per person for a stay in a 3-bedroom.
The price includes breakfast.

COST:
* The total price of the seminar is 200€ for accommodation at the Baths and 230€ for accommodation at the Haritos Hotel and.
Includes:
- 8 Yoga classes.
- Accommodation for 6 nights (1-6 August) in a 2-bedroom in Haritos or in Loutra (210€ if you stay in a 3-bedroom in Haritos and 260€ if you stay in a single room in Loutra).
- Breakfast (if you stay at Haritos) or 1 thermal bath/day (if you stay at Loutra)
Since the course starts on Monday 1/8 in the morning, those coming from Sunday 31/7 count one extra stay.
* If you want to stay in another accommodation or even on the beach offered for free, the cost for the course only without the accommodation is 110 euros.
* Drop in cost: 10 euros/lesson.
