The guidelines of Vanda Scaravelli in a vinyasa practice 2018

We are delighted to host Alexandra Sotiropoulou at Neda Yoga Shala with the seminar “The guidelines of Vanda Scaravelli in a vinyasa practice”.

Sunday 11 March 2018, 11:00- 14:00. 

Together we will explore ways to make our movement more natural and conscious, using gravity, breathing and spine as a reference.

This seminar will be divided into 2 parts. In the first part we will practice in vinyasa yoga through a continuous flow of postures. In the second part, inspired by the principles of Vanda Scaravelli, we will give the space and time to explore deeply and slowly some of these positions. Breathing will be our guide to this beautiful journey inside the body and how it unfolds through the ongoing dynamic movement or static sweet exploration.
