Daily studio & online classes at Neda Yoga Shala!

Οur studio will be closed for the summer holidays from 27 July to 8 September. Back to class on Monday 9 September!

Studio classes

No reservation is required. Please be at the sudio 10′ before the class.

Online classes

All classes are held simultaneously online via the Zoom platform. In order to participate, it is necessary to book your place through the following link:

Cost

​Neda Yoga Shala memberships correspond to calendar months. You can combine online and studio classes in your membership:

  • Drop in: 15€/class
  • 4 classes: 40€/month (35€ unemployed & students)
  • 6 courses: 55€/month (45€ unemployed & students)
  • 9 courses: 65€/month (50€ unemployed & students)
  • 12 courses: 80€/month (65€ unemployed & students)
  • Unlimited courses: 90€/month (75€ unemployed & students)

In case none of the above payment methods are suitable for you, please contact us at nedayogashala@gmail.com as there is also the possibility of a bank deposit.

  • Please make your monthly subscription payments at the beginning of the month and in case of electronic deposit please make sure your name is visible.
  • If you are depositing a drop in payment you will also need to put the date on the justification so that we can identify it.

A gentle, meditative and relaxing class with static exercises done mostly on the floor in a lying or sitting position.
