Online classes
Online courses are a great example of how connection and contact can exist far beyond physical boundaries. A very beautiful and helpful experience, which can substantially enrich life at home and cultivate a sacred space, in which we can do our practice ourselves. After all, yoga asks us to go beyond habit and resistance and adapt. It is an exclusively lonely road. When the eyes are closed and attention is turned inward, the voice of the speaker is often enough to guide us on this inner path.

Hatha Yoga
An inward journey that combines dynamic asana (with emphasis on self observation), along with breathing exercises, meditation, mantra chanting and often yoga nidra (deep relaxation). Students are encouraged to view these techniques not as a goal, but rather, as tools that will allow them to learn and connect with themselves.
Gentle Hatha Yoga
A gentle and mild class with static exercises which are practiced mainly on the floor in a lying or sitting position. Breathing exercises and guided meditation are also included. Ideal for beginners, students with injuries or those looking for a gentle inward class.
Hatha Flow
Through the practice of asana, we create space to breath better, deeper and with more awareness. Sometimes we move dynamically by quickly alternating between postures and other times we stay in the postures longer giving attention to the alignment of the body. We bring balance to the body by combining strength and flexibility. The class ends with deep relaxation.
Vinyasa Yoga
Vinyasa Yoga is a type of moving meditation with roots in Hatha Yoga, where asanas are executed in a specific order, creating a sequence. In Vinyasa Yoga the body moves in a flow, initially faster and gradually slower, in order to reach deeper positions where the breath supports the body in order to deepen on a physical and spiritual level. Through the practice of Vinyasa Yoga, movement, flexibility, strengthening, concentration and breathing are first cultivated. At deeper levels, the purpose is to empower the mind, reduce stress and create self awareness and connection.
Meditation
Meditation is a very powerful yogic tool with which we can learn how to quiet our mind and turn it inwards. Through the different techniques of meditation, we can become aware of the thinking patterns and behaviours that are causing turbulence and imbalance in our minds, and find ways to reduce tension, stress, and negativity. Regular practice of meditation can help us relax the mind, and restore mental balance and inner peace. This class includes meditation techniques and breathing exercises. It is an ideal way to start the day centered and full of inspiration, calmness, vitality and strength.
